Rosanne Walters, CPA, CA, CFE, CBV
Ms. Walters is the President of Walters Financial Forensics Ltd. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (1987), Certified Fraud Examiner (2002), Chartered Business Valuator (2012) and Certified Family Mediator (2016). She has over 25 years' experience in forensic accounting investigations and business valuation. She has testified in the BC Provincial and Supreme Courts on matters involving fraud, business interruption losses, personal income losses, shareholder disputes, business valuation and financial divorce matters.
Ms. Walters started her career in Montreal after graduating from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work in public and private practice in Toronto, Sydney, Los Angeles and Vancouver. Ms. Walters founded Walters Financial Forensics Ltd. after working as a partner in an international accounting firm.
Craig Smith
Mr. Smith has worked with Ms. Walters since 2021. He has a background in private investigations and computer forensics.
